Each features a functioning, well thought out floor plan that can be altered to meet your family's needs. Our building materials are top quality, yet we are still able to offer lower costs. This is because we've worked out special pricing with our suppliers who give us better deals on top quality materials. We pass these savings directly to you so you can build a stable home with better appliances, flooring, cabinetry and plumbing.

Unlike other Washington home builders who only build on pre-designated lots in cookie-cutter communities, we will come out to your lot and build your home. Any location in the state and we can build your home directly on your lot. We'll also help you determine additional building costs such as installing septic tanks, connecting to water lines and electrical lines and more.

During the building process, we'll keep you up-to-date on the status of your home and will give you accurate time frames for completion.
