Floorplan Details
The Saybrook, like many of True Built Home's designs, feature the "Golden Ratio". The "Golden Ratio" in elements of designed surface when a house is sequentially broken into thirds. In the case of the Saybrook, having three gables on the exterior of the home, ensure that the "Golden Ratio" will never allow your home to go out of style. The home on the inside features a rather large master bedroom and bathroom. A kitchen and a large breakfast or family gather area downstairs with a formal dining area makes the inside as timeless as the outside. All of our homes come standard with pre-painted doors, real wood trim stained to match your cabinet choice, high end faucets, Cemplank Lap Siding by Hardie, 8lb pad and 7 year tread retention carpets and FreedomRail closet organizers.
