Given the current state of the economy, many are finding themselves on a tighter budget than they previously had. Qualifying for a home loan or construction loan is not as easy as it used to be.  To meet the needs of those who may want to build a new home but find themselves on a budget, True Built Home is introducing our “Signature” line of homes. By keeping building costs low, we save the homeowner money, and can still build a beautiful high quality home.

Here is an overview of the main differences between our Premier line and the Signature line:

Things that you can do

• Add or move windows and skylights; grid windows (subject to draftsmans cost)
• Replace shower with tub & vice versa
• Upgrade carpets, or to click floor
• Upgrade to raised panel cabinets only
• Upgrade siding
• Move garage door entry
• Change roof pitch to 6/12
• Vault any room possible
• Upgrade to Furnace/HVAC
• Interior Doors: upgrade to 6 panel hollow only

Not Available on Signature Line

• No exterior structural changes allowed. Minor interior changes will be considered. Load bearing walls are not moved.
• Fireplaces.
• Countertops upgrades. Formica only
