Determine Your Home Building Budget

Creating a home building budget is key to understanding what type of home you will be able to afford. Will you also need to purchase land? Will you also need to include homeowner expenses in your financing?

Our Recommended Lenders will help you to get pre-qualified for financing and plan a budget to cover all of your home building costs.

Pick a Home Plan & Get An Estimate

Now that you have a home building budget, you can choose the home plan that you want to build and make it your own. Are you all set with our incredible Standard Home Features that are already included in the price, or do you have any upgrades in mind?

Do you have customizations that you'd like to add, like a basement, or extra square footage? All of our home plans are customizable and our in-house Design team is ready to help. Our Home Consultants will give you an estimate based on your home plan and any customizations that you want to make.

Land and Home Planning

Planning & Site Costs

Our Home Consultants will help you plan the steps you'll need to take in order to get your site developed and ready to build on. We work with specific feasibility specialists that can help you determine the best plan to build on your land. We can also help you determine water and power options, and assist you through your city or county permitting process.

Contact our team to help you obtain bids for any site-related work that will be required before construction can begin.

Pre-Construction Meeting

Pre-Construction Meeting

Your Home Consultant will plan a Pre-Construction meeting to introduce you to our Production team and the Project Manager that will oversee the build of your new home.

The Pre-Construction meeting is where you'll get to choose your home specs and selections for flooring, tile, fixtures, finishes and everything else!

We Start Building Your Dream Home

Once permits and engineering for your home plan is complete, now it's time to watch your home take shape.

This part of the home building process can feel a little like an emotional rollercoaster. We know that you are excited to get into your new home, and some some parts of the home building process might seem to drag on. But don't worry — this is a normal part of the build process as scheduling and inspections take place.

While your home is being built, your Project Manager will be communicating with you during the phases of construction. You'll also be able to use our award-winning communication platform that gives easy you access to everything about your project. You can make selections, see progress, browse photos, review financial decisions, send messages, and more.
