Until the end of May 2026, our current promotion includes:
- Permit submittal service credit is included with the price of a new home purchase.
- This does not cover the permit fee itself, which is the responsibility of the homeowner.
- Alternatively, if you plan to handle your own permitting, we will credit either $5,000 towards upgrades on new home sales over 1,500 sq ft, or $2,500 for homes under 1,500 sq ft. All upgrades must be greater than credit amount.
