We basically can build whatever garage concept you can imagine. However, to make things easier, we have created a few outstanding designs for you. Our garages come standard with:

- 2x4 Constructed walls-upgradable to 2x6
- 30 year roofing
- 4'' concrete slab
- 1 window unless otherwise specified
- 1 man door
- Metal-non insulated garage doors with glass; can upgrade to insulated
Popular upgrades are wire for electrical, rough and trim for plumbing, insulate and sheetrock
