The spacious Jasper Park has almost 3000 square feet, four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and a two-car garage. Just like the Juniper Ridge, it’s one of our most popular home plans. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a large open gathering room with high cathedral ceilings, a huge family room, dining room, and kitchen. Close by is the media room to keep the fun and noise contained and a powder room for guests. The kitchen has a large L-shaped stand-alone counter with extra seating space and a walk-in pantry. The dining room leads out onto the covered back porch, which makes entertaining both inside and outside easy and convenient. The master suite offers everything homeowners want, including plenty of room, a large window for natural lighting, and his and her walk-in closets. We currently build in western Washington and parts of western Oregon. Typically, we only build within 100 miles of our branch locations. There are many factors to consider when building a home, such as weather, site accessibility, labor availability, and more. Since construction can be a complicated process with many moving parts, we schedule 270 days or more from the time the foundation is poured. That’s just an estimated timeline, and it could take more time or less, depending on the complexity of your project.

While we don’t offer in-house financing, we do work with a variety of lenders to make this easy for you. We have preferred lenders that we work with on a regular basis. These lenders specialize in traditional construction loans, while some specialize in FHA or VA loans.
