Our hats are off once again to our Tri-Cities office, who once again completed a home in under 90 days. This Windham Hill model (see here) located in Kennewick was given final occupancy approval on Friday, June 15th. Total build time=76 days!!
What is especially noteworthy is that the plan had been modified by our designer for some specific criteria that the client had in mind. It had been enlarged from 1683 to 1794 sq feet and a 5 pc Master bath was added as well as a heat pump. Normally when a client makes changes to a plan, we expect the build time to take longer than our normal build time, not less time. Of course, we typically experience faster build times in eastern Washington than we find in western Washington. But completing the house in that time is a pretty remarkable achievement.
In the last year, most of our eastern Washington homes have been completed in less than 90 days. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to build your house that fast. But it is a good indicator of how quickly we can get you into your new True Built Home. Contact us for more information.
